Oak has an individual who is available
for direct supervision of all new construction and renovation projects,
all capital replacement and property maintenance programs. This individual
will work directly with the General Manager in identifying ways to
reduce related operating costs to improve efficiencies in all areas
of purchasing and every day operations.
The fee for these services varies, based on the scope of the individual
projects.
Capital Budget Preparation and Execution
Preparation and prioritization of single year (and multi-year, if
requested) capital budgets. Included in this area are design, purchasing,
installation and project management.
Preventive Maintenance Program
Oak has developed a comprehensive and successful preventive maintenance
program.
ADA and Life Safety Projects
Engineering and Refurbishment personnel are kept current and trained on Federal laws
and regulations, insurance carrier requirements, local fire department
and building codes.
Major Equipment and Systems
Repair and/or replacement ensuring that the most energy efficient
equipment is used, and taking advantage of any utility company rebates
that may be available. |
